The First Way
If you’re just starting to think of discovering China but aren’t sure where or what to study, you need professional advice to choose the right school and the right program. Please use Quick Apply, and return the completed form to apply@aoehome.com, aoehome will reply you within 3 days.

2、Fill out the online application form, including personal information, education background, 1、language proficiency, etc., then submit your application by clicking the button.
3、Choose one or more universities we recommend to you according to your application
4、Upload and submit required application materials

The Second Way
If you have made a decision to study in China, you need more information to take a second consideration to your target university or program under professional advice and support.

2、Programs which match your search criteria will be listed on the search result page, more information please click Details.
3、Start to apply online.
4、Fill out the online application form, including personal information, education background, language proficiency, etc., then submit your application by clicking the button.
5、Upload and submit required application materials.
6、Please wait 2-3 days AOEHOME will get in touch with you ASAP.
7、please wait for the university´s response to process your application.
8、Apply for a Chinese Visa.
9、Arrange your travel.
The Third Way
If you are sure where and what to study, please complete the following application form and upload the required application materials, AOEhome will help you to complete universities´ admission procedure and get the offer successfully. Airport picking-up and accommodation booking service, etc. are also provided to make sure you will have a well and smoothly trip.
Once you’ve submitted your application, please wait 2-4 weeks for the university to process your application. Once the university has made a decision, aoehome will notify you by email. You can also track your application status by logging into your email address.
We ask you to complete the following main sections.

All the sections listed are required to be completed, as in the picture shown below. These are required by the university processing your application.
Once you have finished all the sections, you must preparing and submitting the acceptable supporting documentation as in the picture shown below at the same time. The application information form is to verify your application information and qualification. Please fill in it carefully and return to your customer service specialist in time. If you have no service specialist, you can email all these to apply@aoehome.com .If you're not sure how to fill out the form, please check if there are any instructions behind the blank, as shown below.

> Personal Details
Personal information about the applicant must be filled in truly and correctly.Please note that the university will require your current mailing address to deliver your acceptance letter and JW202 form if you are accepted.
> Education
Applicants have to provide the information for all completed secondary, vocational, technical, undergraduate or postgraduate training and qualifications. Any incomplete programs should also be listed.
> Employment
Please clarify your work experiences and your current post (if any).
> Language Proficiency
Please state your language proficiency, especially Chinese and English. If you have passed a language test, please include a copy of the results in your application materials. Please note that some programs require a certain level of language proficiency. E.g. Most Chinese-taught degree programs require a Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 3-6.
> Proposed Study in China
Please indicate your proposed duration of specialized study in China.
Since the teaching language of Chinese universities is Chinese, it's very important that you state whether or not you need elementary Chinese study prior to your specialized study.
> Source of Financial Support
Please specify the source of financial support for your study in China.
> The Guarantor Charging Your Case in China
The guarantor charging your case in China will be contacted if necessary.
> Family Members' Information
General information about the applicant's family members will be required in this part.
2. Upload Required Application materials
Please upload photocopies of required application materials according to the university’s admissions criteria.
All the materials should be MS-Word (.doc), Adobe PDF (.pdf) documents, image files (.gif, .jpg), or compression files (.rar, .zip). Each file cannot exceed 2 MB (megabytes)
> How to prepare the photocopies
1) If you have access to a scanner, you can scan your document to create an image on the PC,
2) If you have a digital camera or a mobile phone with camera, you can take a photo of your application document.
Please make sure the image is clear and legible.
The following documents may be required.
Passport photo
Photocopy of valid passport
Photocopy of valid visa or residence permit
Personal ID card
Health certificate
Certification of no criminal record
Certificate of HSK
Letter of guarantee
Financial support statement
Certificate/diploma of highest education
Academic transcript of highest education
More documents may be required, depending on each school’s request.
3. Make Payment
In this section, the application fee is charged by the individual university or universities that you apply to. All the advice and help you need is available for free on our website.
Aoehome offers three types of payment methods. Please carefully select your preferred payment method and to make the payment.
Aoehome offers an invoice to help you to make an offline payment more conveniently. Click 你选择的付款方式，to see your Aoehome invoice. Please take the invoice with you when you wire the money.
4. Submit Application
Please submit your application once the application fee is confirmed by aoehome.
If you have finished the payment, please send the scanning copies of relevant documents to this email: service@aoehome.com, we will deal with them for you as soon as possible. As for detailed progress condition, you can check it in the look-up table.

When you have submitted your application, please wait for the university’s response. Any questions regarding your application status can be sent to service@aoehome.com
5. Application Status Guidance
You can check your application status in your personal center on your own email.Your status will be one of the following:.
Incomplete: Part of the application process is incomplete. Please continue your application through your aoehome personal center.
Completed: The application process is complete and the university is considering your application.
Processing: Your application is being considered by the school against its own admissions criteria. Normally it will take at least 20 working days for a school to make a decision.
Pending: Your application needs to be edited according to school request.
Refused: Your application will not be accepted according to the school's admission criteria.
Accepted: Your application is accepted. Please check your offer status.
6. Affter you get the offer
If you get the offers from several universities, please confirm one university you most want and your specialist will help you get the admission letter and JW202 form (visa application form) from the university.
If you are VIP member, we will arrange a tutor to offer guidance and consultation in visa application, schedule arrangement to China and pick-up service, etc. After you arrive in China, he will guide you to get phone card and bank card. In case any problem in future life in China, you can contact your tutor for help.
7: Your “Study in China” Journey Begins
Now you’re ready to begin learning and living in China!
