Morning practice is on

From 7:00 to 7:50 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, during SAS(Shanghai American School)school days, Aqua Eagle swimmers from Grade 3 and up will have two additional practice opportunities. Coach Sorica will be leading these practice sessions. Practices will continue to run through out the year as long as we have sufficient swimmers to make it worth while, so we urge you to support this program. This is a great opportunity for swimmers to get extra coaching. Let your coach know if you plan to attend.
